‘G’ represents God and 10 represents the 10% of our turnover that Total Affinity donates to charity each year. As a Christian, Managing Director Shona Passfield describes the turnover based giving as ‘The first fruits of our labour which we are privileged to share’.
Total Affinity is a long term supporter of three Christian Charities.
CMS
CMS is one of the largest mission agencies in Britain, and is engaged in evangelism, community transformation and health care, training and education in over 60 countries worldwide. Having grown out of the anti-slavery movement, it was founded in 1799.
Through CMS, Total Affinity has become involved in a number of Business-as-Mission projects in East Africa, with the objective of generating wealth creation to benefit the poor and their communities.
FIVE TALENTS

Five Talents is the micro-finance development initiative of the worldwide Anglican Church. It’s mission is to fight poverty, create jobs and transform lives by empowering poor entrepreneurs in developing countries to start or expand their small businesses. It does this through the use of innovative savings and micro-credit programmes, business training and spiritual development.
MAF
MAF is a Christian agency whose mission is to fly light aircraftin developing countries so that people living in remote areas can receive the help they need. Since 1946 MAF planes have been speeding the spread of the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ by word and deed, in places of deepest human need.
